Lost & missing text

Thomas_evernote

Idea

Hi there,

I've lost parts of text in one of my notes. I've have been making notes all day at work and when I come back home, all additions are gone. I've used same computer. (mac, desktop versions)

I cannot retrieve the note history because I am on a free plan. What else I can do to retrieve the text? This is a very frustrating experience. I have been using Evernote for almost two years, yet with the recent product updates, the product is super buggy.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to restore missing text.

Hi, and welcome to the forums! The simplest solution would probably be to sign up for a Premium subscription for just one month. Obviously there's a cost involved, but hopefully not prohibitive. Note history is preserved for all accounts, both free and paid, so after subscribing you should be able to retrieve history for the notes affected. Once it's straightened out as well as it can be (history backups occur at set intervals, not after each edit), you can then cancel and drop back to Basic.

When you save your notes to iCloud, check your recently deleted folder:

Open the Notes app and then tap Click the arrow icon until you see your folder list.
Tap on recently deleted and search for your note.
If you find your note recently deleted or in another folder, you can move it:

In the Notes list, tap Edit.
Tap the note you want to move.
Tap Move to, and then select the folder where you want to move it.

"for change size, style of text then use tiny text" its a free tool.

This has nothing to do with what the writer of the original post requested. Are you spamming for tiny text?

I think they are. I don't think I saw the link for tiny text in the original post.
