New Evernote web is not synchronizing

Hello, I have an issue with new evernote web. It is not synchronizing new notebooks etc.. when I swithc to the old one I see there everything but the new version seems to be ignoring all changes except those I made directly in new evernote app (everything else I do on my android phone or desktop app is not showing there) 

Could you please help me out?

Hi.  Change back to a previous version of Evernote in Settings (right click your user icon on the top left).  The new version is a Beta and not (it seems) fully housebroken.

hm, it's shame. Graphically I like the new version more, but its not usable right now .. hopefuly they will fix it soon

I have the same problem for shortcuts. They don´t show-up in the web version.
