Is there a way to export the entire contents (including attachments) of one's Evernote account in a format/package that can be read by a browser?

Hi.  Try exporting to HTML?

More specifically, export to HTML is available in the Evernote for Windows application. Not sure about Evernote for Mac. It's not available in the Android or iOS mobile Evernote applications, or in the web application.

I use export to HTML on my Mac for backups; daily incremental and weekly full

The note is generated as an HTML file, with attachments stored in a separate folder (.resources)1169168672_ScreenShot2019-08-05at09_10_51.png.3e3395d1b37616370eac83ab94ce0833.png
