Evernote has a great potential for that (browser addon to capture screenshots, space to save them, annotation tools), but some important bits are still missing, unfortunately.
For instance I want to configure web clipper to automatically save my screenshots to a special notebook or note with screenshots only, and optionally set an expiry date for such stuff (usually screenshots are not needed long term, so there is no need to keep them forever).
Another important feature is being able to get a direct link for each saved screenshot.
