Import Folders Freezing Windows App

Every time I link an import folder that has more than ~50 files in it, the windows app freezes (not responding). Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

Hi.  Haven't tried recently,  but I regularly scan to a non-import folder and transfer 30-40 files to another Import Folder without issues.  It's possible that you're seeing a freeze because the content is taking time to process - have you thought about setting up an empty Import Folder and moving smaller batches of files into it from other folders say 20 at a time?  You could gradually increase the number to see where issues arise...
