since a few days my app does not open and I am forced to work from the web but with the possibility of performing fewer actions.

Could you tell me why?

Hi.  We're a -mainly- user supported Forum,  so no way to look under the hood of your account.  Suggest you raise a support ticket here.  Chat is also available depending on timezones.

If you still have access to the account on the web,  it doesn't appear to be a subscription issue:  has anything changed on your computer recently?  What OS and what device are you using?
