Notes Missing in Web Client

I have been using Evernote for years and have never run into this, looked through the forums and did some google searches but nothing quite resolved my problem.

Recently when I logged into the web client (on Google chrome) I watched as all of my notes vanished. By themselves, one by one they disappeared, until only the notes I had edited after July 1, 2019 remained. Obviously concerned, I refreshed the page and they were still missing. I checked the trash, and all of the notes that i had previously deleted were there, but none of the notes that had "disappeared" were in the trash. Checking the app on my phone revealed that the "missing" notes were still there, untouched. I waited a few days, thinking it may have been a server issue, and yet they are still missing on the web client.

So my issue is this: I cannot access any of my notes before July 1, 2019 on the web client, but they are appearing on the iPhone app. Usually syncing issues work the other way around. Any fixes for this?

Hi.  You may be using a beta version of the web client - have you tried switching versions in "Settings"?
