Mac App not working at all on multiple machines

Hi, 

We are getting the spinning wheel on the App on the Mac Desktop. Please help. There are two of us. Both have weird stuff going on just today. We deleted the app and reinstalled and same problems occur. Is this a new bug? It's never happened before.

I am having the same issue. I can't type in search bar, the app appears to be infinitely syncing, I can't type or select anything or scroll. Super frustrating. I can't even click on the icon in my dock and have the app come forward. When I go to Evernote in Safari, search "works" but can't find anything. My Mac is running Mojave 10.14.5, and my app, which I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, is V7.10.
