Paemchen 0
Hi I lost one year of notes following a Windows 10 upgrade. I am trying to submit an email through the Evernote system but the SUBMIT button does not send it. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get help on this important issue? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,663 Posted July 9, 2019 Level 5* Share Posted July 9, 2019 Hi. Sorry for the late response on this - we're a user forum, not Evernote support. If you check out the contact page, there's a 'continue as a guest' option that should work for you. Link to comment

Not sure what you mean by this. More details would be required to troubleshoot. Did you reformat your disk for the upgrade? Did you just lose the Evernote application? Do you still have the the Evernote database file (<blah>.exb)? Did you keep notes in local (i.e., non-synched) notebooks? Link to comment

The master verdion is maintained on the Evernote servers, and doesn't get lost. You can view your data using the web platform at www.evernote.com Link to comment
