After latest update pasting web text is now formatted as a hyperlink.

Hello,

 

I have just updated to 6.17.7.8474 (308474) Public (CE Build ce-62.1.7539) on windows. Now when I paste text from a webpage, it is automatically formatted a hyperlink. How do I turn this off. Remove formatting does not help. I can use the web clipper but would like to paste multiple snippets into the same note. Any help much appreciated.

What kind of text is it? Is it a URL or other link-resembling text? I paste from web pages into the Windows client a fair bit, and I don't see this happening.

just plain text. I was busy copying multiple pieced of text into a single note which was working fine. During this process I updated to the latest version. When resuming the exact same process from the same website, the new pasted text is formatted as hyperlink.
