receiving emails from EN to inactive email address

Recommended Posts

Dear All,

we changed our e-mail address and delete it on our Evernote business account.

But we are still receiving emails form Evernote to the old email address.

Evernote also confirmed that the email address is no longer the contact email address on the business account and should not receive anymore correspondence regarding our business account. But we are still receiving emails???

The old email address need to be permanently deleted.

If you have any idea to help us, please let us know.

Thank you and best Regards,

CoSt

So, you need to delete the old email address from Evernote?

First, go to your Profile pic:

Press it, and press "settings"

It will bring you to settings, go to the side bar and press "profile":

Hi.  We're a (mainly) user-supported forum,  so mailing lists and anything related to them are well outside our remit.  If you're still getting emails from Evernote,  I'd suggest you use your recent contact with (presumably) the Support team to send back anything you receive to the Support address with their ticket number.  They should at the very least be able to tell you how these emails are being generated,  and (hopefully) find and kill your entry in the mailing list responsible.  It's a good idea to check whether you have the old address on your profile anywhere,  and you could check the bottom paragraph of any emails to see whether there's an 'unsubscribe' option that you could also use.  If you have any additional,  currently unused accounts,  they also could be the source of this unwanted spam.  Give all details to Support and they should be able to help.
