Desktop Version suddenly not working

I have a premium account. Can you please tell where I go for support as I pay additional for it?  Suddenly my desktop version

which I work out of is not working.  I open it and window opens than rainbow starts and I have to force quit.

Please advise where Premium members get support.  Phone support?

Thank you!!  I actually found link today on a thread to right version for my OS and installed and all is good.

 

Do you have any idea how Evernote customers (I happen to have a premium membership) get tech support from the support staff?

Click on the support link in my signature, sign in, go through the three drop downs and you should see the chat option.
