Galeguin 11 Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 Hi guys, today shows up a old problem that I faced in EN: a handwritting content of one of my notes was missing. Attached a file. In old times, I solved the problem by accessing note history, copy and past the image of a previous version. But now, I'm basic again, so I can't access note history and even contact the support. So, I'm recurring to you guys. If anyone knows a workaround suitable to my situation, it will help a lot, because I use the note to store content that I need to review for tests. Thanks in advance. Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 3,950 Posted March 11, 2019 Level 5 Share Posted March 11, 2019 The simplest solution might be to subscribe for just 1 month of Premium. You can access the note history (which is maintained even for Basic accounts), and then cancel and go back to Basic. Link to comment
