I had decided to make the jump from premium to business and I am kind of shocked by the fundamental changes that have been made and a little disappointed thus far. My main concern is that there is no tag hierarchy: this was a fundamental to my method of organizing documents. now it seems I'll have to think of something different? It seems strange to not allow such a useful feature in the business account.

I find it hard to keep track of tags in my personal account.  I shudder to think what any group of people could do to an hierarchical structure in any short period of time.  I don't have a business account however,  so can't suggest work-arounds.  Would you like this thread moved to https://discussion.evernote.com/forum/276-evernote-business/ as a feature request?
