Changes to notes not saving

After switching to a new laptop, none of the changes I make to notes are being saved. 

I'm using the newest desktop version of Evernote on a Windows 10 laptop. I currently have a free account.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Natalie, and welcome to the forums. A little more detail on the exact process and problem would help, but it sounds possible that you've accidentally created a new Evernote account (which is surprisingly easy to do). Please check to be sure you're logging in on the new laptop using the same email address and other credentials as in your existing Evernote account.
