Unable to use Evernote in Outlook

When I try to load an email message from Outlook, I cannot select a notebook or enter any tags. The form does not allow you to submit the message.

Well I found out what was going on. I located the Evernote app in the app store and when I loaded it, it said:

"Unfortunately we’re not able to support on-premise Exchange servers anymore for clipping emails."

 

Of course this raises the questions about what e-mail servers are supported and whether support of "on-premise Exchange servers" will be implemented.

 

I am frustrated in my attempts to use Evernote and don't think I will continue after the free trial. There does not appear to be any support for this product.

I tried to report this on the site you recommended and was unable to submit it. As I said earlier, there is no support for this product that produces any resolution or meaningful results.
