iTunes subscription not updating

So I purchased my Evernote subscription through iTunes and it went just fine, next month I got an email saying that it could not renew for some reason. I contacted iTunes and they said that everything went through smoothly on their end. They canceled the subscription and told me to renew it. I just renewed it and once again, it’s not showing up on my purchase history in my billing information on Evernote. It is however showing up on my iTunes account. Can someone help me figure this out?
