Create a business card entry from an existing photo

The business card scanning feature is a favorite and works pretty good. It would be an even better feature if one could import an existing picture rather than requiring you to take a photo. It seems a popular thing people are beginning to do is send a picture of their card and not carry actual cards with them. There does not seem to be any means right now of importing a picture and saving it as a business card. I would assume the same would apply to documents someone takes a picture of and sends you.

What level to you have to use this? I have premium and I thought I could do this but it does not work. I used it many years ago but the plans changed and never worked from there.

I have the same issue.  When will it be solved.  I use evernote mainly to scan business card.  if it does not work, then it is useless.

I just bought a Fujitsu ix500 and scan it via cloud does not work also.

I would like for there to be a business card template. Meaning, after a photo of a business card is taken, the wonderful note that is made with fields and the card image. It would make a fantastic basic CRM tool if I could just START with that as a template. I'd happily enter things manually if it were even an option. (You can't even duplicate the note and edit it.)
