Marko999 0 Posted November 16, 2018 Greetings, I was wondering if this is possible to do in Evernote at all, thank you in advance. Word Recognition If I type “Call Gary about Cole Schotz lease”, it automatically places that same entry in 1) Tenants view, (Gary is recognized as a tenant) 2) Lawyers view ,(Cole Schotz is recognized as a lawyer) 3) Calls view 4) Calendar under Wednesday Lotus Agenda allowed me to input words, people, companies etc into a parent / child database. As such, I was easily able to create where I want word recognition to be connected. I have a need to cross reference information that pertains to many categories. For example, information gleaned from articles about a medical stock (i.e. AMGN) will apply to: - future articles about that same stock, -competitors to that stock, -may also apply to biotech stocks, - economic themes etc. Share this post Link to post
DTLow 3,896 Posted November 16, 2018 First off, Evernote doesn't have "views" Instead, there's an extensive search feature You can search for assigned tags, for example tag:Calls tag:Tenant_Gary tag:Lawer_ColeSholtz You can also do a text search for "Cole Sholtz" After you have a search that meets your requirements, save it and assign a shortcut There is no automatic assignment. You can use third party tool; I use scripting on my Mac Share this post Link to post
