Update to 6.16.4.8094 ignores special characters (like "ä"): Keyboard layout english? (Win 7)

After updating to version 6.16.4.8094 the keyboard layout seems to have changed from "qwertz" to "qwerty" (or something similar). In the settings the language still is German, but the "z" ist an "y", the "y" is "z" and the "ä" is a " ' ".

And no: It is not in other apps of the PC, only in Evernote.
