If so, I believe there have been other posts about issues with viewing shared-in notebooks on mobile devices. If you have access to view and edit notes, it may help if you make changes to one or more notes in that notebook on another device and then sync the changes back to the owner of the notes - these needn't be major changes, just create a new temporary note, add a space to an existing note, add a tag (has to be an existing one) etc. Signing out of Evernote on your iPhone and signing back in might also jump-start something...
