Table of content for merged notes

I had several related notes. Well why not to merge them? But before that I had a great idea, why not to create table of content and then merge all notes including the note with TOC. Well the merger was successful but TOC stopped working.

So my proposal is to allow to create TOC for merged note.

This requires a search for any links containing the note-ids, and rewrite the links.  It's do-able.

Others have asked for links within notes before.  You might find such thread and cast your vote there.
