Anyone else experiences Unicode character problems in Evernote after Windows 10 October update?

Could anyone check if any of the following characters display correctly in a Notebook name or Tag name after updating to the Windows 10 October update that was released today?

I had to roll back to the earlier Windows version, because these characters are not displayed correctly and caused sync problems. I guess it has something to do with Windows 10 updating to Unicode 11.0 combined with un-updated fonts.
