Option to turn off bubble text

Hello. I have a problem with reading the default bubble text once I am done annotating and just reviewing my notes. This is especially problematic on my iPad. I know there is an option to turn off the bubble text each individual time you write, but when I am taking notes in class or in meetings this is a hassle. Would it be possible to set it to where I can turn off the bubble text until I manually want to turn it back on again? It doesn’t work well on dark backgrounds.
