Few notebooks grayed out and unable to view in Web Evernote

All,

I have imported few notebooks from OneNote to Evernote for better manageability. However, few of the notebooks are grayed out compared to other notebooks. When I logged into Web Evernote, I am unable to view those grayed notebooks while other notebooks which are not grayed out are visible. Appreciate guidance and pointers on how to enable those grayed notebooks to be visible in Web Evernote and be synced.
