Unable to open note

I have been sent a work chat "note" to open but I get the following message "can't open notebook either you need permission to access or it was deleted".  I use the basic version on my iPad.

the proper "can invite and edit" permissions were given to me.

please help.

Hi.  You're a premium user (it says here) so can access the Support team who are available on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new or https://twitter.com/evernotehelps if the support link won't work for you. (We're a -mainly- user supported forum,  so under-the-hood technical questions aren't easy to deal with.)

If you're a new user it can take a few days for the share feature to work on your account - to avoid setting up a new account to spam-share with everyone...

Other than restarting your devices,  checking that the share has been uploaded,  and checking your spam folder for a possible invitation email where you need to accept shares,  all I can suggest at the moment is patience for a day or two.  ;)
