epwells 0 Posted July 29, 2018 Share Posted July 29, 2018 Recently Evernote has stopped indexing my images and as a result I get a blank thumbnail in my notes list. Is there a way to fix this? This started happening recently for images of all sizes. I have not reached my monthly upload limit so I am at a loss for why this is happening. Thank you! Link to comment
Level 5* DTLow 5,736 Posted July 30, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted July 30, 2018 Can you check the master version of your data using the web platform at www.evernote.com This will identify if the problem is with the data copy on your Mac. This can be fixed by re-syncing. Link to comment
