I have a .numbers spreadsheet and I noticed text search wasn't working. I converted to .xls format and a .en-rstxt search index file was created. Search is working for the .xls document. We are currently aware of this issue, and although I don't have an ETA of when it will be resolved, I can assure you we're working diligently to fix it. Currently Pages, Numbers and Keynote files are not searchable. Link to comment
