Evernote crashed and won't work after trying to upload a PDF

Hi there,

I tried to attach a PDF to a note. The PDF is password protected. Evernote crashed and now when I open Evernote, the cursor sets to "timer" and I can't click on anything or open anything.

And the offending note now has a blue frame around with an upload arrow on the top right. But it's obviously not uploading.

I have restarted my laptop several times.

What should I do? I literally can't do anything in the programme.
