Level 5* DTLow 5,736 Posted July 9, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted July 9, 2018 I answered by private message with two solutions Purgatory is a sub-folder of your database folder To identify your database folder, hold down the option key and select the Help Menu Then Troubleshooting > Open Database Folder The file applicaion on Macs is called Finder In this screenshot, I use the search feature to find folder Purgatory Note, the default is to ignore Hidden files, I use the System Files are included option Link to comment
