Why doesn't Evernote have text styles? Who wants to set the font size and boldness and everything each time? It really slows down the process of capturing really great content quickly - and means that it's super hard to have a consistent style throughout the notes.
Markdown would be good.
Customising of styles.
NO individual font and type formatting options - make EVERYTHING use styles - it would be so much better
