How do I copy a news article with the video please? Or at least a screenshot of the video.

Unfortunately, you cannot embed a video.

If you can download the video, then you can save that video file as an attachment to a note then you can watch it by double clicking it.

I would use the web clipper to capture the full page, then do a separate snapshot of the video area with snipping tool in Windows or doing the keyboard shortcut in Mac OS X and paste that into the saved article. Hope this helps.
