grahamprothero 5 Posted May 13, 2018 Share Posted May 13, 2018 Can anyone tell me the last version of EN which enabled me to open an image note into an external app with just a double tap. I've already back tracked to 6.5 but was wondering if there are later versions. Having the same issues with the PDF notes was the last straw for me. I will also be looking into the possibility of going back to the free version. It's a shame that there is no decent rival to keep EN on its toes. Link to comment

TK0047 422 Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 On 6.7, if you double click the image, it opens it as full screen within Evernote. To open the image in an external editor, I have to do the right click, Open With. PDFs, however, will open with the double click since it is the "old" style viewer. So if you need both types of files (image and PDF) to open with double click, it looks like that was a pre-6.7. Link to comment
