Guest Travis Posted April 8, 2018 Please help... My scanner has seemed to stop working. Green light is on. When I place the paper in the scanner the green light flashes and few times with no other response. This scanner has worked fine for years. I have tried the following: 1) powered off scanner by removing power cord. 2) Rebooted MAC. 3) I have confirmed all software and drivers are up to date. Any ideas would be appreciated.
