Gesph 0
Hello there I created a topic in the general section as a feature request, but maybe the function is there and I did not see it. As I am importing entries from my journal in the Day One app, is there a way to modify the created date? My entries must have a specific created date for chronology purposes, and I find myself unable to do so in the iPad Pro. If it's not there, any chance of having this feature implemented in the future? is it on the dev roadmap? Link to comment
rezecib 98
@Gesph Not in iOS. It can only be done in the Mac (and probably Windows) clients. I don't work on the clients so I'm not sure about the thoughts about this. Link to comment

I have the feature on my Mac, but I rarely use it. My use of Created Date is the date the note is created. I use Subject Date to indicate the subject date of the note. Again, I can only update it on my Mac; I have to use a script. Link to comment
Gesph 0
Thank you for your replies. But Evernote is so good I don’t want to move back to day one. It will have to do. Link to comment
Claire 1
I change it in Windows desktop to the date of the document, event, etc. This allows me to get accurate results when I'm doing a date range search visually and/or search parameters. I honestly can't imagine stuff being all jumbled up. Link to comment
