Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 3,954 Posted February 1, 2018 Level 5 Share Posted February 1, 2018 You may already have tried this, but I would recommend making sure any offline notes are backed up, taking note of any settings you've changed, uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, and reinstalling Evernote. On mobile devices, notes are not stored locally, except for those designated as offline. Only an index or the like is downloaded, and notes are only downloaded as needed. So you shouldn't lose anything in this process. Link to comment

Tech support informed that this issue is linked to the Huawei firmware. The phone is really new and firmware is still not fine tuned. Probably will be resolved with the Huawei update. They are working on the issue. Link to comment
