miltersen 0 Posted January 15, 2018 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Often when I use the clipper in Chrome, I get this warning message; "The Clipper couldn't start on this page. Reload the page and try again. If that doesn't help, contact customer support." I haven't figured out what it's about, and why it doesn’t show on all websites/URLs. If I'm in a hurry I use a screenshot utility app built into my browser to grab a copy of the item/ page. If not, I may reload the page and try again, though that doesn't always work. I assumed it's either because something on the page isn't co-operating with the copying process, or maybe the images on a page are just too big to grab properly. If you're finding it an issue, I'd suggest you collect some URLs of problem pages and submit them to Evernote via https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action if you're a paying customer, Twitter - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps if not. I've seen it before. Pretty rare for me. On those occasions, I just make a selection in the web page, copy it and paste it into an empty note. Link to comment
