The only two ways I can think of to do this would involve - having two notes - one with the pic, one with the audio. Use a Note Link from one note to the other, and back. Tag the picture notes with something like "audio" so you can list them easily. You'll see a list hits with pics in the search box and can jump easily to the audio in two clicks from any opened note. Or... have the pic and audio in the same note and tag the note as above. List the notes and create a Table of Contents note. List the links in a two-column table, one to a cell.
