Where can I send this to get repaired? It is out of warranty, since it was purchased in 2014. I found contact info for Fujitsu on http://scansnapcommunity.com/ and gave them a call. Not open on the weekend, of course. If anyone has experience with getting repair service on one of these scanners, please share your story. Link to comment

A power issue sounds fairly generic - any competent Fujitsu-capable repair shop may be able to fix it. Have you tried LinkedIn or any other social / business media? Link to comment
