Can't link third device on plus account

Recommended Posts

I'm not certain, but I think I may have signed up with the wrong email account. My phone and tablet are synced using eyesopening@yahoo.com but somehow when I upgraded on my PC it listed maegangoingtojapan@gmail.com and never asked for a correction.  How can I get the three devices synced under the premium account that I just paid for?

Thanks

Hi.  Sounds like you may now have two accounts.  If you have both a Plus and a Premium account,  you're not a Business subscriber and this post is in the wrong Forum.  Do you see the same basic notes when you view your accounts on these three devices?  I appreciate they aren't synced,  so some notes will be unique to each device;  but does each one show at least some of the same original notes?

If not,  you do have two accounts and you should probably downgrade the Plus account to Basic unless you wish to continue paying for both.  If you wish to get some credit transferred from one to the other,  you'll need to contact Support.

If you do have two accounts you could share the content of one or both sets of notebooks with the other account so that you have access to both,  and if you check the File menu of the premium account (from a desktop) you'll be able to switch from one account to the other quite quickly once you've set it up.  (See 'add another user')

The Support team is available on https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action,  or Twitter - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps

There's also a lot of general help and information here too which you can search through ... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us

First off, log out of the account.
Log back in and specify the account you want to use

There are various methods for transferring data from one account to another.
You can share notebooks, or simply do an export/import on your pc
