In my version of the TED site on a laptop a page comes up with share-to-social media options only. On a mobile you may be able to share direct to Evernote. Save as a bookmark, and you should get just a link to that page. I chose share to Twitter, which included the link below. This comes up as a clickable video window here (hence a few edits to this entry!) but shows up just as a link in a Desktop note. Is that what you're looking for?
