"Create a Note" Sidebar options (tags and notebooks)

Control/Option-click a sidebar tag offers option to make a new note with that tag.
Control/Option-click a sidebar notebook offers option make a new note in that notebook.

In the Windows client, Ctrl+N will create a note in the current notebook. If you are in the tag list, it will create a new note in the current notebook with any tags that you have selected.

Edit: the latter behavior is governed by an Options setting: Tools / Options / Note / New Note Options / [ ] "Assign selected tags to new notes"

New note. Command-N, with selected Notebook does work so that's nice

New note. Command-N, with selected Tag does not work (and no choice on Option).
