What does "Use with Siri" mean?

OH MY GOD. I can die a happy man. 

Any idea why it doesn't work on the iPhone 7 Plus? The "use with Siri" option doesn't appear under Settings.

Its an IOS v11, Evernote v8.4 thing

It works on the 7 plus. I’ve been using it all day. Make sure the iOS 11 update took.
