Password box has dissapeared

HI, so I used to have a section for passwords it looked like this.

But I think I misclicked it and somehow it deleted the password box itself, now it looks like this

 

How the heck do I get my password box back?

Your first image shows an encrypted text icon
Your second image shows the content has been deleted

Its happened to me also, accidently deleting content

My solution to recovering lost/corrupted content is to restore from backups
I have personal backups, and Evernote has a Note History backup feature

Access to the Note History data is a premium account feature, however you can subscribe for a single month

The Evernote's Note History backup is running all the time, for all accounts
