website / credit card Payment processed for annual subscription..system will not update my back to premium

I have been billed for the annual premium subscription but Evernote is not updating the system back to premium so that I can access my notebooks. The software keeps prompting me to renew and upgrade and bill me a second time. I require the system updated to work on all my devices on premium. I have sent in two service tickets since wednesday with no response from the customer support team.  I cannot access my notebooks to conduct my business. I need this reactivated by noon. Otherwise I will need to take my data out of evernote and cancel the account then apply for refund.

Are there any customer support reps available to address this issue?

Hi.  We're a mainly user-supported forum,  so no influence or control over payment issues.  If you reported your issue to Support you would have been given a ticket number - if you can post that / those number(s) here we can flag this for a Forum Admin who will be able to chase up your query.  Otherwise I'm sure you will hear from customer support as quickly as possible - they deal with a lot of tickets and sometimes it can take a day or three to get a human follow-up.
