New(ish) to Evernote and I have a few questions...

So I started using Evernote much more this year than in previous years.  I'm a writer and it's easy to organize my thoughts with my notebooks, etc.  My problem is this: On my tablet and on my phone, I have no issues accessing my notebooks or my tags.  On the web app, I see the icon for my tags but can't click on it and I see no way to look at all of my notebooks.  This is frustrating because I frequently jump from notebook to notebook and I can't seem to do this on the do this on the website (or web app, I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at).

There's two web versions; I use the latest (edited: most current)

I can click on Notebooks and Tags in the sidebar

 @DTLow Not everyone sees the older version of the web app. It's only available to older accounts and I'm not sure how long we will be able to see it. New signups won't see it.
