Do you see the same error if you paste http://evernote.com/download/get.php?file=ScanSnapWindows into a different browser? The file should download immediately. Check your downloads folder to make sure the file titled "PFU_Scanner_Installer_b25.exe" is not there. Let us know if this info doesn't help. Link to comment
jahtexas 0 Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 I tried downloading the mac version. http://evernote.com/download/get.php?file=ScanSnapMac I get the installer, but the installer cannot find the files online for the installation to complete. ScanSnap's software does identify with Evernote ScanSnap edition, so things like WiFi don't work properly, so this really needs to be fixed. Link to comment

n8vz 1 Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 I finally found the right link. Someone posted this for Windows: http://evernote.com/download/get.php?file=ScanSnapWindows. I substituted "Mac" for "Windows" and I finally got the SSEE file instead of the Evernote file. The one Tracey posted looks identical; however, it was redirected to the Evernote download and the not the SSEE download. Strange. Link to comment
