A lot of times using skitch, I want to show that 2 parts of the screenshot are not equidistant. A simple pixel measurement tool would be incredibly useful. Basically, its a tool that as you drag measures the pixels between the endpoints and displays it below.

It's not important that it's super precise, just that it shows an approximation of the size of the line. Additionally you could have a small tick showing the halfway point
