Emailed note formatting is tiny with huge pictures

Recommended Posts

Hi. I'm writing on behalf of my friend who has Evernote Premium. When she shares a note from her iPad by email the recipient gets a note with tiny text and huge pictures. The same happens if she shares a link, even worse. If we simplify the formatting the text is fine but no pictures are received.

Please can you help? I've tried everything I can think of.

Many thanks

I clipped this discussion page to a note.

No problem with email and sharing with a link is ok   Emailed note formatting is tiny with huge pictures - iOS Help - Evernote User Forum

Perhaps you can post a sample

Your image showed a note with tiny text.  It seems logical if the note was emailed, the text size wouldn't change

No, the note is fine. That is the picture of the email.

I confirmed your results (huge image, small text) with my own picture

My next step is to reduce the picture size

I see, so she should only use pictures in lower resolution?

Both Evernote and Mail have to adjust to accommodate the size
