Link Highlight Function ???

Hi,

 

How do i turn off that  annoying feature that has shown up in my Evernote, whenever my mouse cursor sits above a link.
It is by far the most annoying thing since the invention of the paperclip in Microsoft word.


Is there a way to turn this thing off? If not, there needs to be a setting IMMEDIATELY added.
